When you’re ready to write your book and only the best will do, you need the Michael Levin Writing Experience™. As founder and master writing partner, Michael Levin shares his decades of imagination, creativity and experience with every client to create outstanding books for outstanding individuals. His masterfully creative approach is the only intellectually intimate writing experience of its kind, combining perceptive ingenuity, worldly knowledge and authorship expertise to deliver what we call The Michael Levin Writing Experience. If doing something for 10,000 hours creates mastery, writing over 750 books makes Michael the only go-to for industry pundits, celebrities and game-changers. The Michael Levin Writing Experience’s bespoke process powerfully delivers best-selling authorship and thought leader status to the best of the best, creating uniquely personal books they will cherish forever. We support our clients at every step of the way to creating an outstanding book.

As Michael’s wife, Suzanne, will tell you, he doesn’t know much about anything else, but he knows everything there is to know about books.

Michael Levin Writing Experience has planned, written, ghostwritten, edited, and published more books than probably any other individual in history. And it has taught us 3 things:

  1. Books are magic.
  2. A good book with your name on the cover will transform you.
  3. Books change everything.

Because books make magic happen.

We translate our clients’ ideas into book form, in order to make the world better, and to make our clients more successful, and more confident.

Michael Levin always says: “When you have a book, magic happens.”

You can never predict where the magic will come from, but it always happens.

People read your book and hire you or your firm. Or they invite you on TV or onto a speaker’s platform. You’re invited to participate in events that transform your career. People you’ve never met suddenly want to meet you.

The books we write, by and large, are a means of marketing the authors’ ideas, services, and products to their carefully defined target markets. Our authors enjoy the authority and status that comes from being an outstanding author. No other marketing or branding tool has the power to transform the way the world sees you like a book with your name on the cover.

To get under the hood on what makes us unique, you need to know what makes us tick.

Our vision is to transform outstanding thinking and unique expertise into outstanding books.

We combine decades of writing experience with pivotal life experiences to shape our approach to writing books. We’re not in the business of pumping out mediocre-at-best books that have a thud factor but fail to make an impact. We’re in the business of delivering a transformative experience to the outstanding individuals we serve.

Our core values are the pillars that we stand on and for everyday.

PARTNERS: We’re all about trust and collaboration – we are the ultimate writing partner. By listening carefully and asking the right questions, we create your outstanding book together. Decades of expertise propel us to set the bar incredibly high, always delivering the quality, ingenuity and creativity that is unique to the Michael Levin Experience.

ACCESSIBLE: We are approachable, bringing an openness and ease to the writing process. You have access to masterful writing partner, Michael Levin, along with our incredible team that, together, delivers the experience. Our process is highly iterative and we roll-up our sleeves to create the best book together. Mutual trust guides us to tell stories and share ideas in a way that builds a deeper connection with readers and creates outstanding authors.

IMAGINATIVE: Creativity is what drives us. We have the unique ability to translate ideas into outstanding books, delivering beyond possibilities. The experience we deliver transforms outstanding individuals into respected authors of uniquely personal books they will cherish forever.

What you know is probably worth millions. That is, if you used what you know to write an outstanding book.

It’s a whole different level of authority.

Putting your face on the cover of an outstanding book changes everything. If you’re ready to elevate your status by writing a book, we are ready too.

Does this sound like you?
1. You are an outstanding individual.
2. You have uniquely powerful experiences, ideas and skills you want to share with the world.
3. You are ready to unlock your “true” value.
4. You love the idea of reaching lots of people at once rather than telling your story to people or clients one at a time.
5. You have questions about where to begin writing a book, what material to put in, or how best to organize it?
6. You like the idea of writing a book, but don’t know where you’d find the time to write.
7. You want more than just a ghostwriter.

If it does, we should talk and see if it’s the right fit.

Our process starts at the beginning, by getting to know you. We listen, observe, soak you in. We let you tell us your ideas and stories and share your hopes, dreams, fears and concerns. We put it all on the table, together. Our process creates a safe place for you to be authentically you – we pride ourselves on earning the trust of our clients, which has created incredible friendships and working relationships.

Whether you want us to:
● Ghostwrite an entire book for you
● Coach your book writing efforts
● Review and/or edit an existing manuscript
● Build a publishing and launch strategy
● Or anything else on the continuum

Michael Levin Writing Experience is your trusted writing partner. Our process is purposefully flexible to deliver what you need and impactful enough to help you write an outstanding book.

Once we meet, we can decide the best approach for you and provide you with a scope, cost and timeline. Since each client needs something different, there’s no cookie-cutter approach. Our only goal is help you write an outstanding book – whether we do it all or help you along the way.

We’re excited to get to know you. Talk to us to schedule a conversation with Michael Levin.

It all starts with defining the book idea. If you have an idea for a book – whether it’s a memoir, a novel, a fable, a business book, or a screenplay – we apply our intellectually intimate writing experience to surface the book you are meant to write.

With a focus on ghostwriting for business leaders, we have written, edited, or planned more than 700 books in all fields, including business, entrepreneurship, management finance, medicine, dentistry, sports, leading speakers, broadcasting, technology, law, religion, memoirs, and the entertainment world.

FINANCIAL SERVICES

Michael has written compliance-friendly books as marketing tools for more than one hundred financial services and insurance professionals across the country. His biggest gift is to guide in terms of positioning, so that the uniqueness of each author becomes clear to prospective clients.

CEO’S AND BUSINESS OWNERS

Michael has written dozens of books that capture the culture of new, established, and rapidly growing enterprises. There’s nothing like a book to explain your unique vision to all stakeholders, clients, prospects, potential new hires, regulators and everyone else in your world.

MEMOIRS

Michael’s renowned ability to capture a life on paper is unparalleled in the industry. Whether it’s your life story, your business memoir, or a gift for loved ones.

COMEDY

The New Yorker has written “Levin’s verbal word play glistens”. His comic novels have won rave reviews in other outlets including People Magazine, The New York Times, The Washington Post, The San Francisco Chronicle and the Chicago Tribune. If you’ve got an idea for something funny, Michael’s your man.

SPORTS AND BROADCASTING

Michael’s clients include baseball Hall of Fame Dave Winfield, football legend Pat Summerall, Fox Sport Broadcaster Chris Myers, NFL stars Maurice Jones-Drew and three time Super Bowl winner Chad Hennings and NBA star Doug Christie. An accomplished marathoner and triathlete, Michael is the right choice for books about sports.

LAW

Michael received his J.D. from Columbia Law School and worked for two top Boston law firms before opening his own writing business. Simon and Schuster published his first novel, The Socratic Method, a satire about law school, a title which won rave reviews in The New York Times and across the country. Michael understands the inner workings of law firms as do few other ghosts.

SCREENPLAYS

Michael has been writing screenplays -very quietly – for some of the top figures in the entertainment and political worlds for decades. If you have a story that opens up as a movie or TV movie, let’s talk.

BOOK PROPOSALS

You want to get a deal with a major New York book publisher. Michael’s clients have repeatedly received six-figure deals with the top publishing houses in the nation–Simon and Schuster, Random House, Penguin, Wiley, and many others. Michael also works with many of the top literary agents and can make great connections for you.

MEDICINE AND DENTISTRY

Doctors and dentists have turned to Michael for decades to write their books that explain what makes them unique and attractive to new patients.  Michael has also written books for those who consult to doctors and dentists – references available upon request.

Our goal is to understand your goals, first. During our initial conversation with you, we will listen to what you want to achieve with your book and then we’ll be honest and tell you if we can help you achieve those goals. Sometimes, it’s not the right fit. Most of the time, it’s a perfect match. We create realistic goals and clear communication so there are no surprises and we get to the right results together.

Michael Levin has written, co-written, edited,  ghosted, or published more than 750 books, of which 20 are legitimate national best sellers, two are New York Times best sellers, and one is an Amazon Kindle number one best selling business book. You can see our work here.

There are no guarantees in life or in book publishing. We don’t have a magic wand that can transform you into J.K. Rowling or John Grisham, but we do have an intellectually intimate process that will transform what’s in your head, and in your heart, into a book that will impress everyone who sees it, touches it, or reads it. We can promise you that.

We help you set reasonable goals for what your book will accomplish.

We help you dodge the sharks who prey on the hopes and dreams of first-time authors, celebrities, thought leaders and people suddenly forced into the spotlight. Your book is supposed to put money in your pocket, not remove money from your pocket and put it into someone else’s.

We will help you craft a book that will increase your authority, shorten your sales cycle, separate you from your competition, and win you meaningful speaking events.

Anyone can sell copies at the back of the room, but we’ve helped clients get Simon & Schuster distribution and seen their books fly out of airport bookstores. Airport bookstores are where the big kids play.

“Writing a book with Michael Levin has been the single biggest accomplishment of my professional career and has elevated me to an elite status in my industry I couldn’t have reached so quickly without your help.”

—TATE GROOME CEO, COLTON GROOME & COMPANY

My co-author, Michael Levin, was the first person to realize that a book about the lessons from my time with coaches Tom Landry and Vince Lombardi could be a success. I enjoyed our interviews, and I respect his knowledge of football.”

—PAT SUMMERALL, BROADCASTING LEGEND

“Thank you, Michael Levin, for making my best work even better.”

–ZIG ZIGLAR

Michael Levin is a discerning and kind writing coach who has won consistent plaudits from the many persons I’ve sent his way.”

–Scott Turow, Internationally bestselling author

“There is no doubt in my mind that restructuring and editing my book made the difference between mediocrity and success. Most importantly, it transformed the book into a powerful marketing tool that has reinvigorated my consulting business. I now have a partnership with a renowned global Fortune 100 company. We are planning a consortium with other innovative companies focused on the central theme of my book. I couldn’t have dreamed of a better result.”

–Ord Elliott Business consultant, author, The Future Is Fluid Form

“Hiring Michael Levin to help me get a book out was the smartest thing I’ve ever done for marketing my business. Not only does it help build credibility and save us a ton of time in educating new clients on how we do things, he made the process of writing the book fun. I think clients are very proud to work with someone who has published a book, and they routinely give it to others that they think should work with us.” -STEVE MORTON, FINANCIAL PLANNER, AUTHOR, TEN COMMON MISTAKES RETIREES MAKE

“I always told myself I did not have enough time to write a book. So I went online to see if I could find someone that would help me. I got the courage & sent information to about 5-6 ghost writers but did not reveal who I was because I wanted to come across authentic. Most of them were unhelpful (not knowing who I was). I thought about giving up but something said, keep searching. So, I came across your website & I immediately clicked on the ABOUT section.

I immediately began to connect because you were so transparent in the things that you did not accomplish, as well as your success. I liked when you talked about your challenges with the bar exam. I remember going through that with my R.N. exams because of test anxiety. I felt like I was reading about someone that I could be open and honest about what I wanted to do. Most of the other ghostwriters I talked to did not come across that way. It was all the bells & whistles. They had all these best sellers but they did not come across authentic or if they would even have the time to listen to me. So I took a chance and sent you an email and hoped you would at least respond. You did. The rest is history.”

– Anonymous author of an upcoming non-fiction book (not sure how to explain)

“Dropping The Ball, a six-figure deal with Simon & Schuster, and a national best-seller. – Thank you Michael!” – DAVE WINFIELD, MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL HALL OF FAMER

“Michael’s philosophy for you as a writer is based on an objective judgement from the experiences he has had as a writer himself, which is, as he says —‘the story chooses you.’ When I heard him say that, I remembered that our thoughts are greater than what we perceive them to be.

The next absorbing thing about Michael is that he fuses the new with the old. He understands the need for books to have an appeal for the television and movie market, as well as aspiring writers learning from the great writers of the past.

Finally, Michael is an intellectual without sounding complicated. His instructional posts on YouTube are clear and concise, as are his emails.

’m currently polishing off my first novel. It’s good, and it’s solid. Those who have read the earlier drafts say it’s a page turner. I’ve even received good comments from people who I thought would not give it a chance and that does make me feel good. Thank you Michael.

If you are serious about your project, Michael will give you the motivation and the tools so that YOU will finish your project. Respect his time, and he will go the extra mile. If you’ve got the money, then invest it in Michael.”
